✗ Applications open again on the 22nd. In case anyone is concerned, new characters will now appear on the beach, unless the applicant, of course, would like them to appear else where.

✗ As has no doubt been noticed, the barrier that once kept the sea from threatening the city down below has been breached. For now, it is somewhat stable, though low in power, keeping much of the water at bay still, though not all. A large crack has appeared across its surface, allowing water to pour down into the city. The water has slowly been rising, and by the end of the week, it'll reach knee height at the highest point in the city, though with large sections of the lower placed buildings under water. And it seems while humanity has been chased from the city, nature is quite to take over control. Schools of fish can now be seen swimming in the water flowing in the city. Some are the familiar kinds we've all seen before, but there also seems to be one particular type quite strange and foreign, that seems drawn towards the now partially submerged coral.

✗ Just so everybody is clear on the state of our NPCs. The general town folk of Vatheon have come to the surface as well, and are overall quite chipper and many have set up camp in the old abandoned laboratory. Though they often come check on the foreigners, hoping to be able to help out with anything. Carol seems to be in charge of herding this particular group of cool cats. Station master can be found near the elevator, of course, ferrying down anyone who wants to visit the city. When people don't seem to require his services he can be found hanging out near one of the storage buildings, though he is always quick to quit... whatever he is doing in case anyone tries to talk to him. Meanwhile neither Thalassino nor Head Nurse seem to be on the island, though nobody quite seems to know where they've gone.
