✗ TAKEN CHARACTERS, PLAYER CONTACT, RESIDENCY POST, and other things have been updated. Don't forget to comment to any of the pages if you have yet to do so!

✗ August's AC is currently ongoing. The danger list can be found here and the regular AC post here. As always AC will end on the 10th. Please comment with your character's activity before then.

✗ We noticed an increase in our players using plurk, and seeing as we don't want to be left behind, tada Vatheon-mods. As an official mod account, you will be able to contact us through it in cause you have a question (private plurks preferred) and we will use it to plurk notifications or announcements for mod posts.

PLOT


✗ Once sunday comes and goes, the SFCs go back to normal, translation errors get smoothed over, and any random inconveniences that may have been plaguing the characters up to then go away again, leaving Vatheon calm and peaceful.


For about five days.


✗ As detailed in this post, next weekend Vatheon will see yet another invasion. Though this one is a little different from the odd sea-creatures that have invaded until now. All information about this post can be found in the previously linked post. The sign ups for brush powers are still open and can be found here. As a reminder, these powers are permanent and characters will be able to keep a weakened version of these powers after the plot wraps up.

✗ Most of this plot will be in KP and Ammy's capable paws. From our side, you can expect an open log on friday to start it off. This log with start off innocently enough with a solar eclipse. Seeing as this is a rare event in Vatheon --and really everywhere!-- throughout the week, the residents of Vatheon will be cheerfully chatting about the upcoming eclipse, business owners bubblewide have capitalized on this rare occurrence by selling eclipse watchers and other vague eclipse themed objects, and it will even be mentioned on the Vatheon TV News.

✗ As a note, this entire plot will only affect the island. So if you character is not the fighting kind, staying below will keep them safe. Through-out the weekend, the Station master will devote himself to keeping the elevator running so the wounded can be brought down to Vatheon and fresh fighters can be send up. Once the fighting starts, the Head Nurse will send some nurses up to the island as well to administer first aid to the injured. So should your character be wounded without a convenient heal-capable friend nearby, you are free to NPC one of these nurses finding them, patching them up, and bringing them down to the bubble if the injury is life-threatening enough. The clinic will be working at 200% capacity, and any characters that are capable of tending to the injured will be welcome to help out.

✗ This whole fight will be wrapped up on sunday with quite the bang. As well as a reveal, but that, dear readers, is a story for a next mod-update.
