Any constructive criticism for the mods? Anything to get off your chest concerning plots, lists, etc. ect.? Leave it here!

These are super nitpicks - take them as you please.

1) Is there someone on the mod team that's just in charge of keeping lists not only up-to-date, but information just consistent across the board? Like, for example, making sure dropped characters are removed from the residency lists or things like that. It's not a huge thing, but consistency makes things a little easier and less confusing for the players.

2) I'm a bit concerned at how thoroughly the applications are being reviewed. Not being too picky with who gets into the game is great, and people are hardly expecting the mod team to be familiar with every canon that comes through. But I feel like there's some times that OOC issues pop up around the game that could have easily been fixed at the application process. Are OOC issues things you would rather people discuss outside the game, or is that something you as mods want to know about if it gets particularly bad (like if private HMD is being ignored for a long period of time)?

Just here to echo your pro - they're not always easy to respond to, but considering that Minato and Guy haven't had particularly easy conversations the times they've talked? I really don't mind this, and Minato is becoming a wonderfully fun kind of challenge to tag around with. As in, it makes me have to think a lot, but the outcome seems to always lead somewhere wonderful in the end.

So yeah, just my two cents. /o/

His charisma comes and goes, honestly? There's some times where he's really passionate and some times where he just comes across as really really cold - I guess I wouldn't say you're neglecting it, but from what I've seen of his threads, I wouldn't pin him as "charismatic" right off the bat.

Yeah, the only thing I could even comment on is just the tagging speed and god knows I'm a hypocrite of the highest order on that front. It makes it really hard to get any stable CR with you or hold steady threads anymore.

I know you're already aware of it. Just coming from a friend... it'd be nice to see you around a little more, when you have the chance. IDK whether it's because of real life or something else, but keep us updated regardless, okay?

Pro: I've been doing pretty awesome with Spider's politics, so far at least. Had a friend who's a huge fan of the canon read over some stuff and he said I got the voice down perfectly, so that was cool. When I do Kanaya's fashion stuff I like to think I keep to her style well and actually do something good with it, instead of just saying "she makes a pretty dress" like I've seen some players do.

Con: I feel way too cheesy sometimes. I feel like I focus too much on Kanaya's fashion, and not enough on the other aspects of her character. The canon gives almost no details about what it means for her to be a rainbow drinker (sorta a vampire) so I'm filling in the details and I feel like I'm making terribly silly choices for that. A lot of them seem like a good idea at the time but later I look back and thing I'm doing this all wrong.

Ok, the big Con really is that I over-analyze myself and am a bit too self critical of my roleplay. Oh god I'm talking too much and nobody else wrote this much for pros and cons I'm terrible.
