These are super nitpicks - take them as you please.
1) Is there someone on the mod team that's just in charge of keeping lists not only up-to-date, but information just consistent across the board? Like, for example, making sure dropped characters are removed from the residency lists or things like that. It's not a huge thing, but consistency makes things a little easier and less confusing for the players.
2) I'm a bit concerned at how thoroughly the applications are being reviewed. Not being too picky with who gets into the game is great, and people are hardly expecting the mod team to be familiar with every canon that comes through. But I feel like there's some times that OOC issues pop up around the game that could have easily been fixed at the application process. Are OOC issues things you would rather people discuss outside the game, or is that something you as mods want to know about if it gets particularly bad (like if private HMD is being ignored for a long period of time)?
