PLOT
✗ Alright, and with Sunday comes the unveiling of the much anticipated Fish Olympics! Whoo! Ahhh!
We know you're excited.
The natives (also the judges in this case) randomized the teams and came up with this. Complete with betta fish to go along with the theme. Be proud of your team's betta!
These teams are announced today, with the bolded character as the randomly chosen team captain. This team captain will be the one reporting who wins or loses the events to us just to avoid clutter, but ICly, characters are welcome to vie for leadership or compete to be leader. Hey, nobody ever said this team thing was easy.
Results for events will be posted here; we're leaving it up to you guys to fill out those forms to help us out in deciding on winners! You can post to that at any time. You don't have to have finished threading out the event in order to post, and in fact, we'd prefer you didn't just for expediency. The deadline for posting to that post is July 18th.
You're welcome to use this post to chat with teammates and plot things out! Just leave any questions in the questions thread so we can find them more easily!
As a refresher, here are your fish olympics events. A calendar of events can be found here. We will be posting multiple logs for said events so that you can thread team shenanigans and cross-team shenanigans, so keep an eye out for those, starting with a mingling log tonight for the beginning of the fish olympics. On Wednesday, a log will be posted for the beginning events through Friday's events, on Saturday a second log for the events up to Monday and on Tuesday a final log with the remainder of the events. If you've got anything special for said events, make sure to make them happen in said logs! For example, if you intend to have two characters get into a fight before the betta race, Tuesday's log is the place to make it happen.
Of course, characters are welcome to post their own reactions to the craziness, but for ease of playing this out, logs will be made available. As the calendar shows, the olympics events themselves will go from Wednesday, July 11th to Wednesday July 18th.
Results will hopefully follow soon after. Who knows what sort of prizes the winners will get?
Overall, just have fun with this! It's a competition, but who knows what zany things could happen? Part of the fun is in the craziness, so go wild! Adachi, don't kill your team's fish.

put Fai down for Water Paint ball, Fly fish skiing, Sand castle building, Jellyfish volleyball, Betta race, and Triathlon

Fai would probably be pretty good at this. Good balance and has experiencing with flying things

If you want some insane castle..He can do this. I believe he'd rather enjoy this test

He knows how to swim but he hasn't had much reason to do a lot of it. Might be better if someone else takes this one
Shark wrestling - 3 tries, up to team whether same or different participant

Fai would probably make a mess of this. But painting can't be that hard, right??
