Hello people of Vatheon, I'm Mel and I've been lured over here by Kinz to bring you all the teenage detective Saguru Hakuba from the series Detective Conan and Magic Kaito, Kaito's nemesis.
First things first, Hakuba knows the true identity of Kaitou Kid; he used to go to school with him, after all. Hakuba is half European, half Japanese, and he tends to come off a bit stiff or formal at first because he's not terribly good at interacting with people on an emotional level. Perhaps as a result of this, his morals tend to be a bit more... gray than other detectives in the series. He's willing to do things that aren't strictly legal (aiding and abetting Kid on a heist while he was overseas because he didn't want Kid to get caught by someone else).
... he can also be a bit of a bastard, sometimes.Just ask Kaito.

Ahahaha, the tenth movie, don't talk to me about the tenth movie, I'm still embarrassed I couldn't spot him as Kid the first time I watched it.no subject

DCTP has subbed all 6 episodes of it, in high and low def, you totally should! S-sadly, none of the eps feature Hakuba in them...no subject
DCTP is my god when it comes to Detective Conan/Kaitou Kid. ♥ Hopefully we'll get Hakuba relatively soon? As far as I remember it's been pretty much following the Manga like how Detective Conan (mostly) does.no subject
