New Character!

Moony here! Bringing a new character into Vatheon :D!!! This is Urchin ^^ from the Little Mermaid animated series ~~~/o/.

Don't expect to see a tail though...he's got legs here 8D! and major confusion \o\~~~ He's taken from the end of the first season and since the series takes place before the movie he has only heard of Ursula. Not seen her yet.
