How you doing, Vatheon? This is Jae, the player of Shelly (diplomacy), with Walter from Tales of Legendia. You can read about him here and here, but in a nutshell, he's a person of the water who sparkles glows blue under certain circumstances. He's also freakishly racist, so beware, ye land-dwelling humans. Last but not least, he's dead and will be in severe denial.

As a side note, he'll always be listed as just "Walter" in the game, like the SFC, because Delques is not his last name. The name attached to the journal is simply for your convenience.

He should have a joint introduction with Guriko later. For now, let me extend a note of apology for taking forever with Shelly's tags. My role playing drive's been wonky, but it should be better now!
