One weird request...

Urgh. This is hard to ask, trust me... But... I finally got the time to actually settle in on DW and set up stuff, tweaked the layout, found something similar to the FF LJaddon and everything, up to the point where I'd like to get the whole paid account business done... Which is where I run into a simple little problem: I... Don't own a credit card. orz

It's... Not that uncommon here in Germany to not own one and thus far I never needed one. Nor do I ever wanted one... But... ergh... yes. Paypal always worked fine for me. Until now.

So... Yeah. What I'm looking for now is someone that is willing to use their credit card for me whom I can send the money via Paypal (plus some extra for PP fees and stuff) - YES! I know it's sort of a bold request, but... urgh... 15 icons...

But money clearly isn't the issue for me and I'd rather pay for myself as I'm sure others who actually can't afford the time would be more valid for you to chose so... Uh... Yeah, it sort of feels weird to get some points gifted like that when you know exactly your bank account allows you more freedom than other users have, so... Yush. You're totally getting a Paypal transfer your way. Paypal fees are just a very rough estimation from my side, though. I just have no idea how they calculate...

Anyway... Thank you, still. Two months clearly are a good help here. I've already been considering to change my bank institute to my employer's bank, which would include a credit card as well, though so far I've been hesitating about that... Seems like I'm getting more reasons to actually take that step. If it just wouldn't be so troublesome...

I don't know how Bank fees work since I always assumed that if you send the transfer as a personal, it doesn't get a fee? But I think if you transfer via debit card, a fee gets tacked on. Try sending it as a personal statement?

I actually only have a debit card haha. I should actually...get a credit card eventually meh.

Only Ebay purchases are free of charge. I've already tried others back when Steam still thought 1$ = 1€ and I had people from the US buy my games for me.

For me, a credit card is the only option, since money orders just don't work from Germany... Also the reason why I can't use Amazon.com or certain other sites *coughGamingHeadscough* so in a way I'm piling up reasons to get a cc already.
