Greetings Vatheonites! This is Cnd (player of Dualscar and Sollux) and I've brought a non-Homestuck into the game.

Cecil is from the wildly popular and bizarre podcast Welcome to Night Vale. He's the host of a news radio show on the local radio station.

Cecil is a consummate reporter, and pretty unflappable. My goal for him in Vatheon is to faithfully cover the news from now until the end of the game.

For that, I need you!

If your character has done anything you think Cecil might report about, please drop me a line. It doesn't have to be anything very public. Cecil seems to have the uncanny ability to know and report about private matters that he couldn't possibly have been there for - for example, reporting the thoughts of certain people at times - though normally he does stick to newsworthy disasters, public events, and local colour.

This will be way more fun (and easier for me) if you give me lots of material.

Also, please use this as a permission post. If you're okay with me trawling your character's private posts for material, let me know. Otherwise, I will confine it to public events that people could have witnessed, and submissions.

This is so cool and you should feel good about doing it.

Cecil is welcome and encouraged to talk about Sufferer, because he won't care. He can talk about Equius too, but there will be more fallout from revealing info about Mr. Uptighty Pants.

I'm fine with Cecil talking about all three of mine in terms of public things! Private actions would be good for Pyunma and Dirk, too. Kurloz is a case where I'd prefer not to have his private actions discussed via radio, but hopefully if I plot things right there will be a creepy phenomenon happening for Cecil to report on! In which case, I'd love for him to talk about it.

I would honestly really love to talk a lot about Kurloz, because he's so very...Night Vale. But I totally understand not wanting things splashed around willy-nilly and ruining plans. I hope we can plot some juicy stuff that'll work into the plans you have. ;)

I can definitely think of some awesome ways Cecil talking about Kurloz could be put into use. At the very least, Cecil can have fun talking about the strange mime he sees around- but there's definitely things he could report once the ball starts rolling, so I'll make sure to bring you in when plot things start being discussed!
