A cyborg for you, Vatheon
Today, Vatheon, I bring you a teenage cyborg who can be both rebellious and angry teen-angery as well as laid-back and friendly. His name is 002 or Jet Link and he is from the 60's 70s 80s 2001 version of Cyborg 009.
Jet (and the other eight cyborgs in the series) were all kidnapped and turned into cyborgs to act as weapons, but escaped cause they weren't cool with that plan. 002 has jets in his legs that allow him to fly as well as various other cybernetic 'improvements.' Also worth noting: he's from the 60s but was put into cryo-sleep for forty years to wait for the technology to improve, so if his clothing taste is terrible, that would be why.
