Hi guys! Sammy (Italy/savemegermany) here with a second character!
This guy is Jasdero from the D.Gray-man manga. He's Devit's twin brother and is a total idiot. His mouth is stitched up, he wears heavy make-up and leather, he does not wear underwear, and has some sort of obsession with chickens. (And I mistook him for a girl when I first read the manga.)

That said, stitched-up makeup-wearing guys are apparently a growing demographic in Vatheon! I think it'd be awesome if Jasdero and Kurloz got to know one another.
