Uh! Hello everyone! I'm Lauren and I'm new to the community and I'm playing Prussia! The lovely gentleman up there from Axis Power - Hetalia. I've- er, I've never done RPing in LJ or Dreamwidth before, so, um, sorry if I make any mistakes or something! I'm still figuring out how to do all this, ahaha! But I've done lots of rping on MSN/AIM so I do have experience!

I had to suppress my history lover side so much during that application. I very nearly put in my theory of Teutonic Knight!Prussia replacing the original Prussia (which would go on forever if I put it here aaaaaah) and other little nuggets. ;w; But Bismarck was too awesome to ignore! <3

klasnkdlan there is no such thing as too much Prussian or German history, and this is fact. Heee, Bismarck and German Unification is one of my favorite historical time periods. *^*

asnaklsdn I would offer my help but I fail just as hardcore at AIM things. I'll try to add you too and maybe between the two of us we can figure it out.

I've worked it, but I have to log into AIM proper for it to work. Ehhh, that's a shame. I only need gchat open to chat to other people on AIM.

AIM can be a douchebag at times. You could always try other aim clients like Pidgin (maybe pigeon?), dead AIM, meebo, or probably a dozen others, that might be more cooperative :)

I use trillian~ and I don't have an AIM account, exactly. I just use my gmail to accept AIM clients and it gets a bit messy at times |DDD;;;

It's just silly...but it helps if the person adds me though. I'm kivaember@gmail.com or just kivaember.

Hi there! I'm Poppy and I play the Psiioniic from Homestuck. Vatheon is a great game to cut your new to DWRP teeth on, so I hope you'll get very comfortable. I've only been here a couple months, and it's like an RP home to me.

Thank you! I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it - at least rping in the comments bit - although the community still seems very large and intimidating <333 everyone's really nice though so it's great :3

It is kind of huge! But one of the nice things is that there's this good distribution of players at different levels of experience and comfort, so as a whole it is quite laid back, and you never have to feel like there isn't someone out there to find good character relations with.

If you ever have any questions and feel nervous about asking mods or whatever, just shoot me a pm and I'll be happy to help you find the answer, by the way. (Though you should know the mods are big squishy nice people that love to be helpful.)
