Hi! I'm new, I'm a gal from Italy, and I go by Nene.

This is Gorthan! He's from the very unpopular reboot of a Disney comic series that was rather obscure to begin with (first series name: PKNA, reboot series name: Superduck. Check it out, it's awesome stuff. The reboot, too, in spite of all the bashing it got and the somewhat derpier characters). He's an evil alien overlord and intellectual. He is haughty and mean and generally not easy to get along with, but he has a couple soft spots. One of them being his fascination with Earth's oceans, which is why I thought Vatheon would be a good setting for him.

My timezone is GMT-1, which is a really weird one for anyone not from Europe, so please be patient with me. orz My AIM is Nenemanene if you want to chat. ... I do want to chat, so feel free to add me! <3

I'm Ten, who just plays this guy, Surf Serph, from Digital Devil Saga. He's used to people with abrasive personalities so maybe he'll manage to get along with Gorthan anyway xD

I'm curious, do the letters in PKNA stand for anything? Unfortunately, I don't know anything about Gorthan's canon, but it sounds pretty interesting! I hope you don't mind me asking first thing on your OOC intro, but do the emotions Gorthan absorb have any effect on him? E.g. if a person was feeling particularly angry when he absorbs from them.

Uuh, PKNA stands for "Paperinik New Adventures". Basically, it's a series in which Donald Duck is a superhero and becomes involved in beautifully elaborate sci-fi themed adventures.

This Gorthan, however, isn't from PKNA, though I also RP his PKNA self. He's from the series reboot, which was this huge hate magnet, but actually got an official translation to English with the name "Superduck".

And, sorry, maybe I should have been more specific about Evronian physiology in the app. orz To Evronians, emotions are what food is to us. There is no immediate effect that can be felt when eating any emotion other than its taste and, by the end of the meal, fullness. As it stands, Evronians are pretty much emotionless, except from the more intelligent ones like Gorthan. Being able to feel complex emotions actually constitutes a disease leading to social stigma on Evron; unless the Evronian in question is a member of the Imperial Council, like Gorthan is. Councillors are recognized as intellectually superior and are pretty much free to do what they want.

Ooh, thanks for the link! When I get around to reading both PKNA and Superduck, I'm sure it'll be interesting comparing the two versions.
