Greetings, Vatheon! My name is Dane, and I have brought in two characters to this underwater city. First is Ella of Frell (alwaysobedient), from the book Ella Enchanted. She is a 15 year old girl who has the misfortune to be cursed with the gift of obedience. That means that any command given to her, she has to follow! She'd even cut off her head if someone told her to! That said Ella will not tell anyone about this affliction, but if your character is clever enough they just might notice, and are free to! Now I love to plot and am up for anything, but I figure if your character wants to tell Ella to kill herself, or do something that might lead to death or other Bad Things, just toss me a note on this post, and we will plot!
I mentioned two characters, didn't I? Right, the second would be this girl, one Ivy Pepper, an 18 year old college student/cafe worker/friend of bootleggers who has, of late, had a rifle pointed at her, watched a good friend get shot in the ribs, sweet-talked/strong-armed a well-heeled cat into paying a horse doctor to bandage said friend, decided she's dating Calvin, discovered that her beaux have been intimidated away from her, found a stash of hooch, and been chased through a less-than-impressive corn field by a mad hearse with territory issues. Among other things.
Busy couple of days.
She's from Prohibition-era St. Louis, and so her terminology might seem odd at times, but don't let yourself get addlepatted.
