Bringing a pyrokinetic to an underwater city

Hello, Vatheon c:  My name's Nic, and I was here briefly before with Spike.  Yeah, that...worked out horribly and I apologize.  But I'm back now, and things will be better this time =D

This time I've brought with me Beck from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer comics.  She's a part demon pyrokinetic who's kind of sort of emotionally unstable-which makes her powers unstable sometimes.  Back home she lives in an asylum, is best friends with a telepathic fish and, yeah, Spike.  She's really a good person though and really wants to become a hero someday c:  I'll be bringing her in from the end of the Spike comics, so she'll be showing up...kind of half naked?  On top of being soaking wet?  Yeah.  She's not going to be happy.  I'll get her IC intro up for that shortly.
