i've followed prior example because i'm lazy and created us a GOOGLEDOC to organize all of the finnicky details in since it would be an overall more efficient way than either plurk or aim or the like. feel free to throw in your input either there or in reply to this if it's easier for you that way, and i'll keep track of decisions based on discussion if that's convenient for everyone?
