Since Ratchet here is an alien could I come up with my own little Lombax disease for him? It won't be anything serious. I'm thinking something that boosts his natural insomniac tendencies. The Lombax called it Spark Overload. He just can't bring himself to take a break from his work for more than about ten minutes. So he'll have a lack of sleep, loss of appetite, but a massive brain boost so he can still function. That okay?
