Hello Vatheon, this is Samm, player of Duke, here with another character. Some of you might remember him from when I tried to app this guy last year (then went on long haitus and lost him, oops) BUT I'LL TRY TO KEEP HIM AROUND THIS TIME. sorry.
Anyway, this is one Rand al'Thor, from Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time. He's coming from rather late in the last book - and with his memories of his previous stay here!
He does have some powers that you might want to look at, over at his permission's post. He isn't likely to try anything, but if he feels like its necessary, he might!
