The flashiest of all flash mobs
Hey guys, Meowzy here, interrupting your regularly scheduled RPing to bring you... SHENANIGANS. I'd call it a player plot, but let's not give it too much credit here, hahaha.
So a couple days ago I had the random idea that Bro should arrange for a flash mob sometime. I took it up with Dees and got the go-ahead! For those of you who don't know what a flash mob is (hahah), picture this. It's a normal, peaceful day in a public area. Nothing weird going on here. Until one person shows up with a boombox, starts to dance and suddenly there's hordes of people swarming the area to join in. Once it's over, they leave and life continues as if nothing out of the ordinary just happened.
Perfect for the Vatheon plaza, right? Right. The point of the flash mob is that it shouldn't be publicly known it's gonna happen, meaning it can't be announced on the SFCs, yet we need to get as many people in the loop as possible. So it needs to be passed on from friend to friend in person, or at least under a neat filter on the SFC. The more people who know about it beforehand, the more people who'll be at the appropriate place at the appropriate time, prepared to join in. Heck, if there's enough people doing it, even the Vatheon locals would join in. The song & dance I picked is Caramelldansen, because it's the easiest dance to join in on in the spur of the moment. It's also easiest to teach others in the proverbial monkey chain of 'guess what we're gonna do then and there'.
So ultimately, my question is... If your character(s) picked up on the news that this is gonna go down, would they show up and join in? Or at least join in when they see it going on? Would they convince their friends to join too? I'll edit more details into this post when I'm sure there's enough interest! Either way, I'm thinking it could go down about three weeks from now.
Edit: What with the two-week RPG event coming up, I'm thinking Bro can start spreading the news of the flashmob on the 25th of March. Then it can go down one week later on, you got it, April First. The date was confirmed with Dees, so... Happy April Fools Day, Vatheon! Have a flash mob!
